Shipping and Delivery
- We ship within the continental US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and may take up to 7 business days to process before shipment.
- A flat shipping rate of $9.00 per order applies.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
- Most of our items are vintage and sold “As Is,” meaning they may show signs of wear. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and measurements before purchasing.
- No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
- Damages and Claims – If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will process a refund or replacement only if the claim is submitted within this timeframe and you retain the original packaging for carrier inspection.
- If the damage is reported after 24 hours, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Product Descriptions and Conditions
We take great care in providing detailed descriptions and clear photographs of each item to give you an accurate representation of its condition. However, please note the following:
- Vintage Condition: Many of our items are vintage, meaning they have been previously owned and used. Signs of wear, such as minor scratches, fading, or patina, are expected and often add to the character of the piece. We do our best to describe any noticeable imperfections.

- Third-Party Carriers: Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery and handling shifts to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or mishandling by USPS or UPS.
